PRODUCT APPLICATION
- Stir the contents thoroughly before use This product should be applied without thinning. If thinning is required use Mineral
Turpentine. Apply this product with a paintbrush or (mohair) paint roller and allow overnight drying time before applying the final
coat/s of paint. Clean tools (brushes & rollers) with Mineral
Turpentine immediately after use.

- Remove leaves, dirt and twigs from the pebbles area using a broom or leaf blower.
- To prepare bare soil for a EVERLOCK PEBBLE BOND bed, you must replace the topsoil with a fully compacted, rigid aggregate sub-base to prevent the glued surface from cracking under movement.
- Rake and flatten the pebble bed into your desired shape.
- Excavate the soil to a depth of 75mm to 120mm to accommodate the thick structural sub-base.
- Fill the excavation with crushed limestone, or road base gravel. Dampen the crushed stone slightly and compact multiple times until it is rock-hard. Install edging (concrete blocks, steel edging, or treated timber) firmly in place, ensuring the borders sit flush with or slightly higher than the final pebble layer. Ensure your pebbles are 100% dry; any moisture will cause EVERLOCK PEBBLE BOND to fail.
- Pour the mixed EVERLOCK PEBBLE BOND into a garden sprayer and apply directly over the flexible soil.
- Apply stones and EVERLOCK PEBBLE BOND as specified and protect the area from foot traffic and rain for at least 24 to 48 hours while the EVERLOCK PEBBLE BOND cures completely.
- Wait for an induction period of 24 hours before applying the second and third coat of Pebble Bond.

LAY THE STONE
Spread your stones or mulch evenly across the area before applying any binder. A level base is key to even coverage.
STEP 2
SPRAY TO SATURATE
Using a low-pressure garden sprayer, apply Everlock Pebble Bond evenly across the surface until thoroughly wetted, without pooling.
STEP 3
CURE & RECOAT
Using a low-pressure garden sprayer, apply Everlock Pebble Bond evenly across the surface until thoroughly wetted, without pooling.
MIX BEFORE LAYING
RECOMMENDED FOR A FULL UNIFORM COATING
STEP 1
MEASURE & LOAD
Pour your required quantity of stones or gravel into a mixing bucket or wheelbarrow.
STEP 2
MIX TO COAT
Gradually add Everlock Pebble Bond while mixing until every stone is evenly coated.
STEP 3
SPREAD & COMPACT
Spread the coated aggregate onto the prepared area, then level and lightly compact for a smooth, secure finish.

Pour Everlock Pebble Bond into a watering can and give it a quick stir.
STEP 2
POUR EVENLY
Apply evenly across the prepared area using a steady pouring motion, ensuring full, consistent coverage over large stretches

LEVEL & CURE
Level and lightly compact if required, then allow 24 hours for the first coat to dry before applying any additional coats.
