Everflex Liquid Rubber Coating is specially designed for roofs and cold room application, where a high degree of water resistance, elongation and elasticity is required. It also provides outstanding tensile properties and unmatched dirt pickup resistance, ensuring roof surface stays clean.
WHEN TO USE IT?
Ideal for primed metal and galvanized iron surfaces, as well as roof tiles, facades, and parapets. Perfect for sealing flashings, roof bolts, laps, and joints, providing a flexible, waterproof barrier. Also suitable for use in cold rooms, ensuring durable protection against moisture and environmental elements.

Spread Rate: 3-4 m2 per litre

PRODUCT APPLICATION
- Stir the contents thoroughly before use
- This product should be applied without thinning
- For colour consistency, ensure that batch numbers are the same on all cans.
- For best results, apply this product between 08,00-11,00 hrs and again from 15,00-18,00 hrs
- Apply this product with a paintbrush or (furpile / lambswool) paint roller
- Allow +/- 4 hours drying time between coats
- Clean tools with water
